Exchanges and refunds
All goods purchased at LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and there by the two-year right of complaint. Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint.
The items you wish to return mush have been handed over to a freight forwarder no later than 14 days after you received you order.
During 7 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our retailers.
Please note that items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Mulhouse, France All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package.
All orders are shipped with French Post : La poste. Orders can be tracked at http://www.laposte.fr/ Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
