INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PEOPLE)
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 raw beetroots
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and peper
- A few nigella seeds
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 125gr goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sesame puree
- A few rocket leaves
1. The filling
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, pressed garlic, salt, pepper and nigella seeds. Peel the beetroots and cut into thin slices. Brush with the above mixture.
Roll out the puff pastry on an ovenproof tray, spread the sesame puree and arrange the beetroot slices.
Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
When the tart comes out of the oven, sprinkle with the goat cheese and a few rocket leaves.
