1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the milk and sugar.
2. In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs and flour.
Add the hot milk a little at a time and mix.
3. Then make your crêpes (without leaving the batter to rest) using a crêpes griddle.
4. Peel and dice 2 apples.
Cook them in a pan with a little butter and 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar.
Once caramelised, place them on your crêpes.
