Where are your products manufactured?

Our creation workshop is based in Alsace, which is a region well-known for its good wines and close to Germany. That’s where all our collections are thought !

The products are then made in Portugal, around Porto. Some of our fabrics, for instance our Toile de Jouy or our liberty come from France or the UK. Our products are labeled 100% Made in Europe.

How are your products printed?
 Do they last after washing?

We use the silkscreen printing process. It’s an old printing technique that has proven to be a trust-worthy one. This technique allows us to use neon inks and also to have long-lasting colours. We only use inks that are suitable for regular washings so you can wash your products calmly.

Which fabrics are used for La Cerise’s creations?

We only use plant-based fabrics. Most of our products are cotton hessians like for instance the tea towels or the cushion fronts.

The bed linen is made from cotton percale, which is a woven technique that brings comfort and sturdiness.

We also have linen at our cushion’s backs and in the pouches.

Which size to choose for your bedlinen?

* Twin / Single: 90 x 190 cm or 90 x 200 cm (1 person) 
Fitted sheet: 90 x 200 cm 
Duvet Cover: 140 x 200 cm

* Full / Double: 140 x 190 cm or 140 x 200 cm (2 persons) 
Fitted sheet: 140 x 200 cm
 Duvet Cover: 240 x 220 cm

* (US/Aus) Queen - (UK/Ire) King: 160 x 200 cm (2 persons)
 Fitted sheet: 160 x 200 cm
 Duvet Cover: 240 x 220 cm ou 260 x 240 cm

* (US/Aus) King - (UK/Ire) Super King: 180 x 200 cm (2 persons) 
Duvet Cover: 260 x 240 cm

Our sheets have a height (a corner) of 30cm.
The corner corresponds to the part of the fitted sheet which makes it possible to keep the fitted sheet firmly on the mattress, so the height of the corner must correspond to the thickness of the mattress and to a return of the fitted sheet under the mattress to keep it in place (usually 5 to 7 cm are comfortable).

If your mattress has a thickness of 23 cm, the desired cup height is 30 cm (thickness 23 cm + 7 cm back).


How can I get free shipping?

To get free shipping, one of the following cases must apply to you:

- have a shopping cart with a minimum of 120€ for a delivery address in metropolitan France

- have a shopping cart with a minimum of 200€ for a delivery address in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg

- have a shopping cart with a minimum of 200€ tax excluded for a delivery address in Switzerland or the UK

Custom fees may apply for Switzerland ans the UK.

Why haven’t I received my order?

The cases are sent from 48h to 72h (business days). Beyond this time, if you haven’t received your order, please get in contact with us through our contact form.

How can I track my order?

After validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll also be informed of your order’s status at each step of its process.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery address once you order is finalised.

Can I be delivered abroad?

We deliver abroad. It takes 3 to 10 business days in Europe.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with my products?

We are very sorry if your products are not as you expected! Of course, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
You can make a return via your account, under the "Order history" tab. Returns are free of charge for France and Europe. If you live outside of Europe, the process is the same, but shipping fees are at your expense.

We don't make exchanges, only refunds. To learn more about the refunds, please read the next question.

How do I get a refund?

If you wish to return your products, we can proceed to a refund as soon as we receive your returned products, as long as they are in their original state.
Please make sure that the products you return have neither been used nor washed and that they are properly folded so that we can put them back on our eshop. Keep the product tags and put them back on the proudcts you wish to return. Ifever the returned products are in bad shape, we might not make a refund.
If the product is faulty, please send us an email explaining the problem and, if possible, add some photos. We will then contact you as quickly as possible to find a solution!
