Blueberry pie

It's time to take your taste buds on a journey with @juicesandcakes 's blueberry tart recipe! You'll be telling us all about it


  • 1 shortcrust pastry (homemade or ready-made)
  • 125g mascarpone
  • 100g whipped cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (according to preference)
  • 1 punnet of blueberries


1. Preheat the over to 180°C.
Butter and flour your mini-pans, then roll out a little dough for each.

2. Bake the dough for a few minutes in hte oven. To avoid the pastry puffing or collapsing, place a few ceramic marbles on each tart base (or dried beans if you don't have marbles).

3. As soon as the pastry is golden brown, remove from the oven and place on a rack to cool.

4. Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone, whipped cream and agave syrup. Adjust the syrup according to taste (if you prefer it sweeter or less°.

4. Wash the blueberries. Once the tart shells have cooled, place a generous layer of cream on top and sprinkle with blueberries. Repeat for each tart.


You can also sprinkle with hazelnuts or crushed pistacchios for a touch of sweetness.
To be eaten immediately.
